TheRadford Rebornhost, 45, is planning to temporarily relocate from Southern California to his native London to be withtheJudyactress, 54, while she films the fourth installment of theBridget Jones’s Diaryseries, a source tells PEOPLE.
“Ant is going over to the U.K. with Renée while she is filming [Bridge Jones’s Diary 4] later this year,” the source says. “Ant is excited to spend time with his older kiddos.”
The British-born car expert shares daughter Amelie, 20, and son Archie, 17, with his first wifeLouise Storey. They live in the U.K. while his 4-year-old son Hudson, whom he shares with ex-wifeChristina Hall, lives in California.

During an April 2022 interview on Sirius XM’sThe Jess Cagle Show, Zellweger expressed that she’seager to play Bridget Jones againin as the character is “so much fun.”
The film also has a comical place in Anstead and Zellweger’s relationship history: Beforethey met on his discovery+ showCelebrity IOU: Joyridein 2021,Anstead thought the actress was actually Britishbecause of her iconic role. Though Anstead will make the temporary move back to London with his award-winning actress girlfriend, the couple — who havebeen in a relationship for nearly three years— already have a place together in Orange County.
In April 2023, a sourcerevealed to PEOPLEthat the pair had “found a house that they both love and are moving in together” after Anstead decided to sellhis beloved Temple Housein Laguna Beach, Calif. that same month.
“Temple is sold,” he confirmed to PEOPLE at the time. He added that the off-market sale “came at the right time, for another property and a change in my personal life that I’m really pleased about. So I was like, yeah. I made the call there and then.”

The dad of three made arare mention of his shared home with Zellwegerin February after his friend from England came to visit.
In a comment on his friend’s post that consisted of photos from her visit, Anstead wrote: “Come back already!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸 Cali calls for you! Ren and I have the spare room poised x.”
He also reshared his friend’s post to his Instagram Story and included the caption, “Ren and I loved having you over….. Now hurry up and come back to Cali! X”
