Runners - up include “ The ORACOM , ” which was a Mars - bond spacecraft designed by Sergio Parra , of the U.S .. and “ Asteroid Initiative , ” a ballistic capsule designed by Peter Hollander , also of the U.S. that would call for and move asteroids .
