The couple — who will celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary this July — first listed their primary residence, which is nestled in Coldwater Canyon in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, for $13.995 million in May 2020. They dropped the price of the property several times without any luck, and even offered it up as a rental property. The final sale price is $3.645 million less than their original asking price.

Kutcher, 43, and Kunis, 38, first purchased the three-story, “East Coast traditional” home, which was built in 1999, in 2014 for just over $10.215 million. They brought up their children, daughter Wyatt Isabelle, 7, and son Dimitri Portwood, 5, at the family-friendly residence.
The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home is within a guard-gated community which several other celebrities, including Jennifer Lawrence,Nicole Kidmanand Keith Urban, Adele andKaty Perryhave called home over the years, according toVariety.

The fairly modest front facade features a combination of stone and cedar siding. Inside, however, there are plentiful high-end finishes like oak floors and ornate moulding throughout, mahogany paneled walls in the office, and french doors, leading to the landscaped outdoor entertaining areas.
The plot is just over half an acre with a stone terrace, and an outdoor kitchen and bar. The residence also has a lagoon-style pool, a raised spa, and plenty of outdoor entertaining space.

“We wanted the house to look like an old barn, something that had been here for decades, that was then converted into a house. But it also had to feel modern and relevant,” Kutcher said.
Despite having luxe accents, the home was designed to be completely family-friendly and feel cozy and welcoming to all who enter. And for Kutcher and Kunis, it’s a place where they can feel at peace knowing everything is as it should be.
“To feel tranquility in a space, everything needs to be in order. If the world around you isn’t in order, it’s hard to get your brain in order,” Kutcher said. “When we’re in our home, the world just makes sense.”
