BP has been heavily criticise for , among other thing , underrate the sizing of the vegetable oil leak all along and calling into head any flow rate estimate that were not their own . But now that they are produce 10,000 barrel per day of rock oil from the temporary capital solution , it is clear their previous estimate were in fact well short of actuality . The question is whether they have been purposefully obfuscating or withholding tax measurement datum and/or video feeds to protect the company when it get along clock time to bear effectual restitution and fines .
