I am the discoverer of U.S. Patent No . 6,411,941 relating to software system anti - piracy technology , andAncorais my company .
I applied for my letters patent in 1998 . In 2002 , the patent of invention issued from the United States Patent and Trademark Office . In 2003 , I go up Microsoft and had several discussions with a Microsoft attorney and employees of Microsoft ’s Anti Piracy group about my excogitation and the benefit Microsoft could realize by using it . As mentioned inthe initial article , Microsoft does admit to using Ancora applied science — claiming that it was their right field to do so because Mullor did not disclose possession of the patent when he was charter . Whether or not Muller did , in fact , submit this disclosure and/or undercover agent on the company will be up to the courts to decide .
