In The Shack , the father of a mangle daughter is summoned via missive from God back to the office where the dire deed occurred . And now it ’s snuff it to be a pic — but first , some dubiousness .
Deadlineis reporting that this Christian novel by William P. Young is getting adapted for the big screen . And possibly by the famous histrion Forest Whitaker for Summit Studios . Here ’s the assumption : A begetter ’s child is abducted and brutally slay by a successive killer whale . The sea wolf is lost and so is her consistence ( which is just horrific ) . The father goes into depression until he gets a missive allegedly from God that say him to return to the vista of the criminal offense , the shack . So he goes , and there he meet ( I call back ) God ?
Just FYI I have n’t translate this book but if God mobilise me back to the smear where my minor was mutilate , and DIDN’T bring them back to life story , I would be pretty pissed . This is a pretty savage story , the premise alone makes me pretty sad . Should be interesting to see what find with this task .
