Usually around the oddment of the year , I re - take in a few sure-enough movies I have n’t view in a while to remind myself of how awesome they are . I ’m not indisputable why I do this ( probably because most new moving-picture show are n’t that great , and I get reflective as the year end , and I get tired of view old Christmas pic over the holidays ) . But after seeing this script to screen analysis fromGlass Distortionof The Godfather , I know which classic film I ’ll be watching again this class .
The Godfather Part III . Ha , just kidding .
But I really savor take in this edit of one of The Godfather ’s best scenes , when Michael down Sollozzo and McCluskey in the eating house after retrieving the gun from the bathroom , because it shows what ’s save on the hand with what ’s happening on the screen at the same time . Even better , you get narration from Francis Ford Coppola explaining what ’s happening and what he ’s trying to do in the scenery too . It ’s a really fun way to re - take in something you ’ve run across gobs of times .
