The VMAs white carpet had plenty of skin-baring numbers to keep you entertained from all angles. Then stars kept things interesting with their quick change skillsswapping outfit after outfitinside the show.Beyoncé’s five outfit changeswere almost as impressive as her 15 minute Lemonade medley (we saidalmost!). But because there’s never a limit to how many outfits a celebrity can don in one evening, there were some stars who pulled out one last change to hit up the afterparty scene. Check out Rihanna’s fringe jumpsuit,Ariana Grande’s casual denim overalls and more!

Next up, Hailee Steinfeld andAriana Grande, who both went super low-key for their afterparty festivities. Steinfeld changed from hermulticolor Balmain minito a low-cut long-sleeve ruffled blouse with wide-leg trouser (actually an Elie Saab jumpsuit) with Giuseppe Zanotti Design heels. And Grande went progressively more casual as the night went on. She walked the carpet in a skin-baring Alexander Wangruffled crop top and wide-leg pant, wore asporty pink outfit on stageand ended the night in a very ’90s ensemble of light-wash denim overalls, black boots and ribbon choker, but throughout it all, she kept thattricolor ombré ponyin tact.

Laverne Cox managed two outfit changes in one afterparty! She stepped out on the red carpet in an ultra-sexy multi-cutout bodysuit with high-waisted Marcianoskirt (we spot over six cutouts alone on herwoufit!). And as the night went on, decided to ditch her skirt and rock the bodysuit solo for a true mic drop outfit moment.

And last but not least, Holland Roden. The actress chose an all-white ensemble for the show, with a sleek jumpsuit, floor-length cape and matching accessories including a white clutch and sandal. Then she changed into a less strain-prone choice for the afterparty, in black Zac Zac Posen shortalls, a sheer star-print long-sleeve shirt and thigh-high boots.
